Ever since its establishment, our company has been attentively following the principles of corporate social responsibility. We are aware that only socially responsible approach can gain and maintain the trust of the customers, the employees and the local community. Throughout nearly 30 years of our history, we have implemented a number of investments to increase work safety and largely reduce our impact on the surrounding environment.

The most important change was the automation and pressurization of production  lines, which on the one hand increased comfort during work, and on the other hand greatly decreased emissions of hydrocarbons and dust, while limiting the staff’s contact with chemicals.

The company’s environmental policy requires all employees to take the environment into consideration during their everyday work. We follow these rules by  conserving water and energy and through proper waste management. All production waste is reused in the original processes or transferred for recovery and recycling. Thanks to our own mechanical/chemical sewage treatment plant we can eliminate industrial sewage that is hardly biodegradable.

For many years, our company has been involved in the life of the local community by supporting various - mostly charity-related - initiatives. We provide financial support to foundations for children, schools, welfare centers, orphanages and animal shelters in our province. In addition, we want to promote our region through sports. After years of being a strategic sponsor of Dęby Osielsko, one of the most talented Polish baseball teams, we currently help a local youth football team meet their goals. What is more, our site provides workplaces for disabled people as our work stations are adjusted to their needs.
