In our day-to-day operations, we pay a lot of attention to improving the quality of our products and services as well as to environmental protection and work safety. A confirmation of this focus is the quality management system implemented in 1999 as well as the integrated management system, which was introduced later and has been constantly improved ever since.

In order to meet our customers’ expectations, we design products whose quality standards are repeatable and as high as possible. We take great care to control every stage of the production process, from the selection of materials, through continuous monitoring of technical parameters, to packaging and warehousing.

The standards of work in our company are defined by internal procedures. This way, we can ensure professional customer service, full product traceability and on-time delivery, among others.

Our operations are in compliance with legal requirements. When it comes to the integrated management system, we particularly focus on environmental requirements, occupational safety and health as well as proper classification and labeling of products.

In order to make this system even better, we introduce several new investments and organizational improvements every year, thus increasing the standards of work and product quality and decreasing our impact on the environment.

The certificates available on this page are a confirmation of our knowledge and experience in quality management and they prove that our operations are based on the PN-EN ISO 9001:2009, PN-EN ISO 14001:2005 and PN-N 18001:2004 standards. They are important to us but in fact the most significant value is our customers’ trust. The integrated management system gives us a lot of opportunities to gain that trust.
