History
Hirsch-Pol was established in 1981 as a small production plant with several employees located in Osielsko near Bydgoszcz, Poland. Initially, its operations focused primarily on manufacturing ecological water-dilutable paints for the local market. Thanks to our innovative approach as well as the employees’ knowledge and experience new products were gradually introduced, including solvent-based paints, putties, water insulation materials, insulation systems, etc. Within several years, three of our main brands - Aplause, Ekoral and Superprofi - made the company well-known not only in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodship, but also in other parts of Poland.

Ever since its establishment, our company has been attentively following the principles of corporate social responsibility. We are aware that only socially responsible approach can gain and maintain the trust of the customers, the employees and the local community. Throughout nearly 30 years of our history, we have implemented a number of investments to increase work safety and largely reduce our impact on the surrounding environment.

In our day-to-day operations, we pay a lot of attention to improving the quality of our products and services as well as to environmental protection and work safety. A confirmation of this focus is the quality management system implemented in 1999 as well as the integrated management system, which was introduced later and has been constantly improved ever since.
